Obituary for Youa Pao Yang
Youa Pao Yang, 81, of Enfield, beloved husband of Sher Xiong passed away peacefully on Monday, July 6, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital. He enjoyed gardening, working around the home, and most importantly, he loved fishing and his family. He was very creative in his own unique way and often crafted his own makeshift tools and gadgets. Youa Pao was a humble man of few words, but still very much a kid at heart until the end. In addition to his loving wife, Sher, he is survived by his two younger brothers of Sacramento, CA; his sister of St. Paul, MN; his seven sons, Nou Ying and his wife Pa of Brooklyn Center, MN, Sia and his wife Yee of Enfield, CT, Ben and his wife Linda of Enfield, CT, Thai and his wife Linda of Madison, WI, Tom, Ken, and Moua of Enfield, CT; his two daughters, Shoua and her husband Brian Her of Brooklyn Park, MN, Susan and her husband Pao Moua of Webster, FL; his twenty-three grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Zuv hmo will begin on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at the family’s residence on 22 Post Office Road, Enfield, CT. Calling hours will be held from 9am -10pm on Saturday, August 1, 2015 and 9am – 9pm on Sunday, August 2, 2015 at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield, CT. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 3, 2015 at Leete-Stevens followed by committal at Hazardville Cemetery. To leave online condolences, please visit www.leetestevens.com
