Condolence From: Pete Higgins
Condolence: Sherry, I worked for your dad when he was a Group Supervisor in P&W Dept 96 from 1962 to 1966. Dick was a great guy and mentor to me a young kid learning the machinist trade. He always displayed a positive attitude and passed on his skills while chewing on an unlit stubby cigar. God bless, Pete Higgins
