Obituary for Henry Joseph "Hank" Moselsky

Henry Joseph "Hank" Moselsky
Henry J. “Hank” Moselsky, 86, of Windsor Locks entered into Eternal Rest on Thursday, June 8, 2017, at Hartford Hospital. Hank was born January 17, 1931, in Hartford, CT the son of the late Jacob and Viola (Keirstead) Moselsky. This man, my father was so smart and skilled just sliding through the 8th grade. He was a self taught carpenter, plumber, electrician, house builder, floor waxer and carpet cleaner. Hank’s pride and joy was growing his garden. He was a constant joker and was quick and witty and on the spot. When we hear or say a joke that reminds us of him we say “That was a Hankster”. Hank is survived by a daughter, Charlene Carvalho and her friend, Brian Beaudry; granddaughter, Dawn Carvalho; two-great grandsons, Adrian Betterley and Cameron Carvalho; good friends, Newell Bothwell, Mary Walters and mostly Karen Carzello a dear lifetime friend who he cared for deeply and many nieces and nephews. Henry was predeceased by a daughter, Dale Moselsky. Rest in Peace Dad, Granpa and Friend, We Love you, Till we meet again. Per Hank’s wishes there are no calling hours. Graveside services and burial will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at 11 am in Grove Cemetery, South Main St., Windsor Locks. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Windsor Locks Funeral Home. For online expressions of sympathy or directions please visit www.windsorlocksfuneralhome.com
