Condolence: Rick,
My sincere condolences during your time of loss. Know that Nancy is now at rest and will no longer be in pain. She was an awesome lady and took very good care of me and my family during her tenure at the plant. We shared many laughs and I will always remember her smile and gentle way.

Condolence: Rick, you have my sympathy. Nancy was a special person. When she worked with me in the Benefits Office, I was always impressed with her dedication to her 'clients', especially the older ones. I know the past few years were not good to her, so I suppose there is some relief in her passing, but it is still sad and tough on you.

Condolence: Reflecting on Nancy's career with Dexter/Ahlstrom I can say she was respected and loved by more employees and retirees than one can count. She was the perfect example of an employee advocate who did her best to serve her company and make it better. As she used to say, "Employees ARE the Company ... not the walls and machines that surround us. Employees make it all happen"
I spoke of her often during and after her retirement and will always remember her fondly.
