Joan Elizabeth (Conrad) Morin, 64, of Enfield, beloved wife of Paul Morin, entered into eternal peace, Saturday, March 25, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family. Born January 29, 1953 in Reykavik, Iceland, she was the daughter of Helga (Jonsdottir) Conrad and the late Leo J. Conrad. Joan's greatest accomplishments in her life were her three daughters. She spent several years working at Hallmark Cards while raising the girls with her husband Paul. Joan loved Jeopardy and had a thirst for knowledge her whole life. She had a love of animals and all creatures great and small. In addition to her husband and mother who cared for her the last several years, she leaves her daughters, Heather Arcouette and her husband Jonathan, Jacqueline Scalia and her husband Nick, Elizabeth Morin and her partner Alex; a grandson Christopher Paul Arcouette; and a very special nephew Michael Chandler. Besides her father, she was predeceased by her sister Carol Conrad Kasperzak. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
