James S. "Jim" Tollo, 77, of the Broad Brook section of East Windsor, beloved husband of Susan (Pszenny) Tollo for 54 years, entered into eternal peace at home, Friday, November 24, 2017. Born and raised in Salem, MA, he was the son of the late Santo and Jennie (Ficarra) Tollo. He was a graduate of Salem High School and later graduated from East Coast Aero Tech. He served honorably in the U.S. Navy. Jim lived in Enfield for 47 years before moving to Broad Brook in 2012. He was employed with Hamilton Standard, Combustion Engineering, and Amerbelle in Rockville. He was a former member of the St. Martha Players in Enfield for many years and served as house manager. He enjoyed vacationing with his family in the Caribbean, especially cruises, as well as trips to Cape Cod. Jim loved spending time every Friday with the family to start the weekend off right. He loved his boat and riding on the Connecticut River. Besides his wife Susan, Jim leaves three daughters, Cynthia Falls and her husband Stuart of East Rutherford, NJ, Elizabeth Wagner and her husband Todd of Broad Brook, Susan Rosienski and her husband Chris of Enfield; His grandchildren, Eric Sperrazza of Broad Brook, Emily Sperrazza of Plainville, Matthew Rosienski of Enfield, and Allison Rosienski of Enfield; a sister, Nancy Beausoleil of Danvers, MA; a brother, John Tollo and his wife Marcia of Bradenton, FL, nieces Joan Vigliotta and her husband Doug of Beverly, MA , Nan MacMillan and her husband Ken of South Hamilton, MA; a nephew Richard Beausoleil and his wife Kim of East Wenatchee, WA. He was predeceased by a nephew, Anthony Beausoleil. He also leaves extended family and friends including Theresa Tyburc and her husband Frank of Beverly, MA. Visitation hours will be held from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield. Burial will be private and held at the family's convenience.
