Marion L. Erickson, 77, of Enfield, widow of Robert Erickson, entered into eternal peace Saturday March 3, 2018 at Evergreen Healthcare in Stafford. Born in Hartford, Marion was the daughter of the late David and Ruth (Strickland) Johnson. She was raised in East Hartford and lived in Enfield since 1963. She loved crafts and giving them to family and friends to enjoy. Marion had an infectious smile that could light up a room and raise anyone's spirit. She is survived by five children, Debra Erickson and partner Jay Burke of OH, Robert Erickson and his wife Mary of FL, Mark Erickson and his wife Lynn of Stafford, Richard Erickson and his wife Connie of Torrington, Rebecca Erickson of Enfield; two brothers, Calvin and Wayne Johnson, three sisters, Sharon Slamons, Pat Post, and Nancy Clemens. She also leaves six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Services and burial are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.
