Frank  Caravello
Frank Caravello, 63, of East Windsor, passed away on Wednesday May 9, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital with his family at his side. Frank was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 17, 1955 and was the son of the late Francesco and Barbara (Adams) Caravello. He was educated in Enfield Schools and was a communicant of Holy Family Church. Frank was employed as a courier for the Ship New England Company of East Granby. Frank had a great love for cats and was heavily involved with organizations which provided care and shelter of animals. He was a life-long avid New York Yankees fan who also enjoyed fishing, going to the beach, and cruising the open road on his new Harley. Frank is survived by his two daughters, Angela Caravello of Middlefield and Amanda Caravello of Pittsfield, MA , his companion, Jill Harrison of Enfield; three brothers, Stephen Caravello and his wife, Elizabeth of Lompoc, CA, Robert Caravello and his wife, Suzanne of Enfield, and Richard Caravello and his girlfriend, Margo Ross of Avon; a sister, Theresa Miller of Enfield; a step brother David Soucy of Middletown; step sister, Pamela Pinto and her husband, Fred of Old Lyme; a grandson, Alexander Vassiliou of Middlefield. He is also survived by his step mother, Sandra Caravello of Old Lyme and his step father, Al Fillmore of Bloomfield; his four legged feline companion, Boopy; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 from 4-7 pm followed by a service at 7 pm at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd, Enfield, CT. Burial will be private. Donations in memory of Frank may be made to the Feral Cats of East Windsor, P.O. Box 198, East Windsor, CT 06088 (Attention: Russel).
