Arleene J. (Dobson) Arsenault, 68, of Windsor locks loving wife of 46 years to George Arsenault, Sr. passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, in the comfort of her home. Arleene was born July 19, 1950, in Springfield, MA the daughter of the late John and Ruth (DeLisle) Dobson. Arleene will be remembered as a loving, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. In addition to her husband, George she is also survived by two children, George Arsenault, Jr. and his fiancé, Racheal Poppel and Steven Arsenault all of Windsor Locks; three beloved grandchildren, Kevin, Brandon, and Madison Arsenault; a sister, Jean Moselsky and her husband, William of Enfield. Arleene was predeceased by a sister, Jacqueline Emmons. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family during visiting hours on Sunday, September 30, 2018, from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring St., Windsor Locks. A funeral service will be celebrated at 4 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
